 1. Acceptance of Terms By using CLEA, you agree to these terms. CLEA is a platform for digital content distribution and revenue sharing managed by Fourstar Bamon.

2. The 50/20/30 Revenue Model

• Creator Share (50%): Photographers earn 50% of the net ad revenue generated by their content.

• Community Pool (20%): Allocated for jackpots and engagement rewards.

• Platform Fee (30%): Retained by the developer for hosting and maintenance.

3. Payout Rules

• The minimum withdrawal threshold is ₹500.

• Payouts are processed via Cashfree to the UPI ID provided by the user.

• Users are responsible for providing accurate UPI/Bank details. Incorrect details leading to failed transfers are not the responsibility of the platform.

4. Intellectual Property You retain 100% ownership of your photos. By uploading, you grant CLEA a non-exclusive license to display and watermark your content (© BMN | CLEA) for platform operations. We will never sell your photos to third parties.

5. Prohibited Content Any user uploading pornographic, violent, or copyrighted material they do not own will be permanently banned, and their balance will be forfeited.

6. Limitation of Liability We provide "Software Services" as-is. We are not liable for indirect losses or fluctuations in ad-revenue rates.
